Carter Jonas successfully launched its Commercial Edge 2022 research at a virtual event attended by hundreds on Thursday 3 March.

Head of Research Dan Francis presented the outlook for the UK economy and commercial property markets, followed by two panel discussions chaired by former Estates Gazette features editor Stacey Meadwell.

The first panel saw Scott Harkness and Will Rooke discuss the opportunities and challenges for the life sciences sector in Oxford and Cambridge. In the second panel, Andy Williams and Miles Thomas discussed the distribution sector and the challenges around its increasing demand for energy consumption.
