This valuation concerned a prime central London retail property situated on the world-renowned New Bond Street, and was commissioned as part of the client's internal strategic review.

We undertook a detailed analysis of recent prime retail lettings and transactions in the immediate area to determine the appropriate Market Rent and yield. This ultimately resulted in a Market Value opinion exceeding £100,000,000.
