A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Paul has been involved over the last 17 years in the acquisition, estate management and project delivery of telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure across the UK.
After graduating from Harper Adams in 2001, Paul worked in private practice, acting for the major mobile telecommunications operators during the rollout of 3G sites and networks. For the last 11 years, Paul has held regional roles in both asset and estates management at Arqiva, delivering projects and strategic property advice through a period of unprecedented change in the telecommunications sector including the digital switchover of TV in the UK, operator network consolidation and the reform of the Electronic Communications Code.
Paul is an RICS Registered Valuer, a Member of the Association of Project Management and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate and Property Management from the University of Salford.
