The Carter Jonas Project Management Team helped deliver the LRG Headquarters relocation in the Thames Valley Area between November 2024 to September 2025.

Carter Jonas procured the project via a 2 Stage Design and Build process, tendering the job to 4 contractors. Area, Windsor branch was appointed on the project in February 2025 and produced the design for Building 1 Meadows Business Park in Blackwater. Eteria were appointed as the M&E Consultant on the project to aid the Client team throughout the process. The project began on site in June 2025 and was completed in September 2026 after a 16-week construction programme.

The project was delivered to a high quality, on programme and on budget.
