What is the Countryside Stewardship Scheme?
The Countryside Stewardship Scheme is designed to facilitate the improvement to farms and the environment by providing funding for farmers who undertake certain works.
The scheme is split into various strands – mid tier, wildlife offers, higher tier, capital grants opened on 11 February 2020. Mid tier and wildlife offers are open until 31st July, higher tier and capital grants close on 1st May.
There is funding available for improvements to:

How do I apply for the Countryside Stewardship Scheme?
