“Having launched our first Manchester office in May this year, as part of our expansion strategy in the North, their in-depth knowledge and achievements complement that of our existing teams and will elevate our service offerings, reinforcing our status as a go-to property consultancy for clients seeking expert advice and unparalleled market insights. I have no doubt that they will make an invaluable contribution to our business in Yorkshire and the wider region, and I look forward to working with them over the coming months."

Mathew Atkinson commented:I am excited to join the Carter Jonas Capital Markets team as market fundamentals continue to improve and we move to a period of sustained activity post-election. I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of the Capital Markets and Industrial & Logistics teams nationally and in particular in the North of England.

Richard Harris added: The move to Carter Jonas was an opportunity that I could not turn down. Joining an expanding firm with real growth ambitions in the industrial and logistics sector as the market emerges from a relatively quiet period is very exciting. Our intention is to create a development-focussed business which will drive opportunities and value for our developer and investor clients.
