On the 19th May Carter Jonas will be holding it’s latest south west collective land and property auction, in Bath. There is a total of 22 Lots in the catalogue, of which 15 of the Lots comprise of pasture land in the Wiltshire/Somerset area. The total acreage of these 15 Lots is some 102.39 ha (253 acres).
The largest single block of land measure approximate 34.4 ha (85 acres) consisting of pasture and woodland. With a guide of £300,000 - £350,000 it is thought such a block of land will generate a good level of interest.
