Carter Jonas has just published the first edition of its Oxford and Cambridge Office Market Report which compares and contrasts the commercial office markets in the UK’s two, leading university towns – locations in which the firm has active commercial property agencies.

The report has been compiled by Carter Jonas’s Head of Research, Catherine Penman in conjunction with partners and associates on-the-ground in each town and it examines the economic and employment prospects of both locations and the implications of such growth upon the future of the office markets.
