19 February 2016, Carter Jonas is expanding its New Homes offer with the appointment of Heather Littlejohn as a Partner and Head of New Homes London.

Heather joins from CBRE where she worked as a senior consultant in the Development Consultancy team. Previously, Heather worked as Head of Sales for Ballymore Group and was a Partner at Alan Selby and Partners.

Heather, who will be based at Carter Jonas’s head office in London, has over 20 years of specialist experience in the new homes sector, managing all stages of the development life cycle. In her previous roles Heather has advised on some of London’s most iconic residential and regeneration development projects including The Heron Tower, Greenwich Peninsula and Wood Wharf.
