Carter Jonas has appointed Mark Bagshaw as Associate in Leeds, working within its valuation and professional services team. Bagshaw will be based out of Carter Jonas’s Northern hub office in St Paul's St, LS1. He has over thirteen years of property experience, seven of which has been specialising in the valuations sector, and will work alongside Bruce Allan, head of Commercial Valuations in the North of England.
Bagshaw joins from West Yorkshire Pension Fund having previously worked at Bradford District Council as an asset valuer and estate surveyor. He has also held roles at the Ministry of Defence in York and at CBRE and GVA Grimley. Bagshaw has a widespread knowledge of valuation and development appraisals across the commercial property sector including in the industrial and retail markets and in alternative assets. He has also been responsible for setting up, growing and managing large-scale direct property portfolios.
