20 June 2013, Carter Jonas has appointed Iain Mulvey as business development director (Iain.mulvey@carterjonas.co.uk or 020 7408 9230). Iain, who will be based in the firm’s London commercial office in Mayfair, will be working across all divisions; commercial, planning & development, residential, and rural, covering all 24 of the national property consultancy’s offices.

 
Iain was formerly at GVA where, as head of business development, he managed a number of accounts across local government, central government, regulatory bodies and corporate occupiers.  He was also a member of the GVA Worldwide Board and was responsible for international business development. Previously, he worked at London & Partners, promoting the Capital to overseas investors.
