09 May 2012, The Cambridge planning team of property consultancy Carter Jonas has been appointed to help secure planning permission on the final three plots in the current phase of development at the Cambridge Science Park.
Last month (April) it was announced that Carter Jonas will act as joint commercial agent with Savills on the pre-letting of these remaining plots –totalling circa 110,000 sq ft (10, 220 sq m) - at the western end of the Park complex.
Now, Carter Jonas’s head of planning in the region, Richard Seamark - who is based at the Cambridge office - has confirmed that Carter Jonas has been selected by Trinity Hall and Development Securities to work on the planning application for the final three plots in the current phase which is almost all built-out.
The application is scheduled for submission by August.
