Highways England, advised by Carter Jonas, has secured 15,861 sq ft of office space at 2 City Walk in Leeds on a ten-year lease. Sanderson Weatherall and Knight Frank advised the landlord.

Highways England will occupy part of the first and second floor of the landmark development, which provides a total of 64,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation in the South Bank area of Leeds.

The company plans to relocate from its current office, Lateral, in the city later this year.
