Our planning professionals in Cambridge have obtained full planning permission for a 50-unit housing scheme on a former Cambridgeshire County Council maintenance depot site in March, Cambridgeshire on behalf of This Land Limited.
By optimising the development potential of the redundant brownfield site, our professionals were able to deliver a mix of much needed 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. The scheme seeks to address the shortage of housing and contribute towards Fenland District Council and Cambridgeshire County Council’s housing targets. This is one of three sites which our planning professionals have secured planning permission for on behalf of This Land Limited in March. Together the sites will collectively deliver 91 new homes.
Dave Gelling, Managing Director of This Land Limited, commented, “This is an excellent result and we are grateful for the support from Carter Jonas. The development will positively enhance the area and bring much needed additional quality housing.”
