Bath & North East Somerset Council has recently launched a Local Plan Partial Update Options Consultation.

This is a partial update of the Local Plan to address several urgent issues, including a review of some existing allocated development sites and proposing additional residential and mixed-use allocations. 

The consultation provides an opportunity for landowners, developers, and community groups, who are interested in having their land considered for development over the coming years, to get involved.
