The highly anticipated Planning Awards are held annually to recognise excellence in planning, regeneration, economic development, urban design, sustainable development and community development.

Carter Jonas has been shortlisted by Planning Awards 2020, within the ‘Award for planning for the natural environment’ category.

The recognised scheme, ‘Earth Trust River of Life II’ demonstrates the ambition, creative thinking, action, expertise, and knowledge required to deliver a bold and innovative re-wilding project. It also exemplifies the vital role of targeted intervention to ensure success: a considered planning approach, that is sympathetic not just to the environment but also to the community.
