Carter Jonas awarded position on Homes England property professional service framework

Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency has selected Carter Jonas as an adviser on its 2022-26 Property Professional Service Framework.
Homes England is an executive non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.This selection is the third successive time that Carter Jonas has been awarded a position onto a Homes England framework.
The 2022-26 Property Professional Service Framework commences this month, replacing the previous agreement.
Carter Jonas is appointed as a member on Lot One - property professionals and technical service providers for property and investment-related services.
A variety of services can be provided under the framework, including acquisition and disposal activity, estate management, property investment, development monitoring and financial services, valuation services and structuring development partnerships.
Future commissions and appointments from the framework will be either awarded directly or secured through a further competitive process.
