Following an informal tender earlier this year, Ryan Harris of the P&D South team has completed the sale of Bencraft Halls on behalf of the University of Southampton on an unconditional basis.

The site, which comprised of four purpose built accommodation blocks totalling 233 beds and was fully occupied, attracted interest from both national student operators and international investors.

The instruction was won via the CCS framework.
