Stuart Voss has returned to Carter Jonas after an interim role as Head of Property at Ipswich Borough Council. Stuart joined the Council in April 2022, initially as an Asset Manager.

Stuart has more than 15 years of experience in the property sector, and he rejoins Carter Jonas with a well-established track record. Working with landed estates, local councils, corporations and charities, he focuses on the strategic management of commercial property portfolios. Stuart optimises client interests by identifying and delivering added value initiatives, such as leasing and letting opportunities, change of use, refurbishment and development, sustainability projects, and risk reduction strategies. He also provides budgeting, management, and general practice surveying services.
