Lee has previously had management responsibility for the UK’s largest BTR scheme at Wembley and advised high street names and investment funds on innovating new styles of BTR and residential offerings to market.

Simon is a Partner, Head of our Oxford Office and Head of Residential Sales for our Southern Region. He leads high-performing teams and drives strategic growth across the residential property market. With a strong background in residential sales and leadership, Simon is known for combining commercial insight with a client-focused approach, delivering consistently outstanding results.
