So you’re thinking of gaining some experience in the property industry - what’s next? Our real estate internships and work experience in property offer individuals the opportunity to explore the world of property through either 1-2 week placements, or through our summer internships running in July each year for four weeks.

What does a property internship involve?

Our internships are designed to offer you a glimpse into what life is like as a surveyor or planner at Carter Jonas, providing an overview of our multi-disciplinary offices, the work we do, and how we ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and expertise. The four-week paid property internship enables you to gain real work experience in one or more of our divisions.

This opportunity will suit anyone who is looking to pursue a career in property. We encourage applications from all years of study at university including postgraduates and those studying non-property related degrees.

What does work experience in property involve?

Our property work experience placements are one or two weeks long and can be offered in any of our divisions at any of our offices. They are an ideal opportunity to shadow and assist our teams to gain a better insight into working in the property industry.
